I posted this question about a year ago and haven't seen any resolution. I have seen, in various other BBs etc, that this happens to a lot of people.
When I got my new TX, it had Versamail on it. When I synced and added in all my old stuff (ZLauncher etc), VM disappeared.
I had to do a hard sync last year and it came back, until I reinstalled my software.
Has anyone found a program that conflicts with VM? I don't see any dup IDs or anything obvious.
I do NOT want to do another hard reset. Last one took almost a day to get reinstalled. I just thought someone may have found something.
