Verizon's Voicemail (Group Distribution)

I just upgraded to voice mail and would like to be more productive. They have something called the Distribution List. No one at Verizon seems to know anything about it nor have I found anything in a Google search. If any one knowes anything about how to set it up or knows of a web site please let me know. I work in the medical field and I think this would help me out alot.
