My little sister intentionally damages the battery area (not the actual battery) of my bf's ENV2 phone. He has warranty but it can only be replaced for $50 if it was an electronic malfunction or a manufacturer problem.
I'm obviously responsible, what should I do?
I have a week before I get drama from his parents, and I don't know if I can get to a Verizon store anytime soon. I can't call their customer service without a Verizon account/number.
Would I be paying for a new phone? I don't think I can get away with replacing it with the warranty. How much would it cost me? He bought this phone (ENV2 in black) for $100 dollars with a plan. Would I be paying the original price or the plan price?
