...smaller? I have a mobile phone plan on my brother's account. We have Verizon Wireless. I have the basic 700 anytime plan. He has a 1200 anytime plan. In our last bill his bill totalled $51.00. Mine was $104.00. Is there something he is doing that may be getting him discounts, such as promotional discounts?
