...windows media player. read? my phone is a samsung intensity. when i first connect the phone to the computer using a usb cable it came with the phone says MTP on the top and on the bottom it says connect to the PC...(which i already connected it to the computer) and below that it says call disabled. the computer recognizes my phone as a camera! and when i open windows media player the sync section(the section where u drag the music before syncing) says connect a device. (which basically means they don't recognize my device) sorry it's so long helpful if i had a step-by-step guide on how to do this. thx sorry it's so long
