Verizon Wireless Rhapsody To Go help?

I've had Rhapsody for about a year now. Recently I got a notification to download a more updated version of Rhapsody (Note: It was legit). Since then, when I connect my phone none of my songs can transfer. It says "Connection Failed: Check Cable Connection" I've never seen this before the songs have been able to transfer with ease. But now I can't transfer any, I don't want to have to waste time going to the Verizon Wireless store. Help please?
