Someone is gonna give me a phone. I'm 14yrs old. The phone is gonna be cut off when they give it to me. Its a lg versa. If I want to get it turned on will I have to sign a contract? I'm going to be paying the bill. What do I have to do to get the phone turned on? The plan that I won't is going to be $60 a month. Will I have to pay a activation fee and how much will my first bill be all in total?
