verizon keeps adding things to our plan without even telling us like mobile email and internet and stuff.. we never agreed to that and if i read right you can get an early termination with out having to put the etf fee..what should we say to them...should we demand out of the contract or if they do get us a new plan does ur 2 years start over and do you get new phones?thanks for all your help
