hi my brother has a verizon wireless plan and I was just wounder if there any plan that he could add me and just pay $10 for me I think I seen that plan on tv cuz I have a friend that her brother only pays $10 for her and I wanna know if that plan still avalible and can I use one of his old cell phone cuz I don't have money t0 buy a new one
