verizon wireless prepaid phone!!!!?

i bought this verizon wireless pre-paid cell phone called samsung sch-u350 and when i buy $15 or $30 refill cards to add it waste fast so when i want to connect with page-plus the person tell me that it is lock with verizon and i have to unblock,deactivate or disconnectfrom verizon they pay me $30 is their another way to deactivate or disconnect it and can i do it by internet please help i been wasting alot
