Hi, i'm eligible for my Verizon phone upgrade, and want to upgrade to a different phone because the one I have now has become extremely glitchy. Now, my mom has bought a phone only a month ago that is a "3G multimedia phone", and she has limited data so that she doesn't have to pay anything for data. I'm looking at buying a chocolate touch, but all of the phones i'm looking at, including the one she just bought, say that they require a 9.99 or more data plan, but underneath it it says compatible with your plan. My question is that if I buy a chocolate touch, will I have to pay that 9.99 a month?
