alright so i have been without a phone for about a 3 weeks. every time i go to the store they tell me something different. by the way i have the env2 and so its hard cause they only have them in the warehouse. when i went to the Verizon store on Wednesday they said that my new phone should be at my house no later then friday before 7pm well its saturday 3 31 and my mail already came and still no package! what should i do?
i really need my phone back, i haven't been able to get in touch with anyone.
and i did pay all my bills so i don't know what's the wait.
