Verizon Wireless Phone Upgrade?

Ok, my question is...If I have a 2 year contract with verizon wireless, and I still have 1 year left before my contract ends... can I still buy a new phone now and subscrbce to another 2 year contract? Or do I have to wait until contract is up to get another phone??
 
You will have to wait till your 20th month because for some reason they do not allow you to extend your contract. You could try calling and asking them because it has worked for some people, but it really depends on the person you are talking to.
