close to one year ago i purchased the LG env 2 from a local cartoys. a couple months back i cracked the front screen(still not sure how). i purchased insurance for the phone, im just wondering if it will cover it or if it only covers technical manufacturing problems? also, if it will get me a new phone and verizon doesn't have the env 2 anymore, will i get the env 3 or a crappy phone?
