verizon wireless phone help?

okay so i have the voyager and it always turns off and my texts dont come in till like 15 min later then they were sent it always freezes and sometimes doesnt charge i was gonna take it in to get it fixed or changed but i dropped it todayy and now their telling me its my fault cause i dropped it that wasnt the reason i wanted a new phone though so now their making me pay for a refurbished one when ive already gotten like 7 and theyve gotten me no where what can i do? hellppp please! lol
