Okay, so I have the enV 2 and its not working properly. On the outside the "ok" and "0" buttons don't work. I need them to work. So I want to replace it but I don't know the policy for this. I am a customer of Verizon Wireless and the phone is insured. How much would it cost to replace this? Information about this would be very much appreciated! Oh, and please be mature and serious about your answers! Thank you!
