I got a LG Voyager Last December for an early xmas gift, and the phone was messing up and randomly shutting off so i brought it to the store and they told me that i needed to get a software upgrade. So i did that, and my phone still keeps shutting off randomly, there is no water damage to the phone at all so i dont know what is causing this. I brought it to the verizon store today, and asked if i could get a new phone, and the guy told me that he can because there is chip on the phone. The chip on the phone is really small, but im just wondering how this would affect how my phone is supposed to work electronically, i dont think that the physical shape of my phone has anything to do with this. So if you could help me out in understanding whats wrong, or how i could get a new phone free, that would be great!
