my phone is an SMT5800 and the screen is loose. i have insurence on it and i was wondering if i could take it in and get a brand new phone? i wanted to get the palm centro but was wondering if i would have to pay the retail price.
I Dont think you can get a different phone but im pretty positive that since you have insurence you can get the exact same phone with little or no extra payment.
