My friend just got it and she LOVES it! she says its pretty simple and the texting is good.
the touch is a good phone, it has great features, and is a smart phone in disguise. before walking out the store, make sure that the device has the most up to date software. to check this go menu, seting and tools, phone info, sw/hw version, and check the software, the most up to date software should be v09 (the last of the sw v.) the most up to date v. of software is great, i dont get too many calls on it. earlier versions have issueswith the screen whiting are blanking out. it is a great phone.

Yeah, it's pretty good. I give it 4 out of 5 stars.
It has good displays, a nice touch-screen interface, and a really good QWERTY keyboard. It has a good 3.2-megapixel camera, EV-DO Rev. A, and a full HTML Web browser. Unfortunately, the touch-screen interface could use some refinement, and the Web browser is not as smooth as I would like. Visual Voice Mail and corporate e-mail cost additional monthly fees. The lack of Wi-Fi is disappointing. Those are my thoughts.
