Verizon Wireless on replacement phones?

I have a blackberry and it broke but i had insurance so i got a replacement phone but they sent me the wrong color so i called them to send me the correct color. however my stupid brother cracked my screen on the new one they sent me. i already activated it too. i want to change it but it a fault of "my own" so i doubt they would send me a new one again. at home i have a silver blackberry which is the wrong one and my original pink blackberry which is broken and the new one with the cracked screen how can i get a new one free? can i say again that they sent me a silver one or would or is it documented at the verizon store that i already got the new one???? HELP
