Verizon wireless.. my phone...?

So, my phone is broke. The screen doesn't work and this is the second phone of mine that has done this! (Same type of phone.) So, my question is, can I get my upgrade sooner? My mom says it's not until December and she keeps "forgetting" to ask if I can get my upgrade sooner, it's not on their website either.

I have verizon too. and i have the enV and it always breaks. if you have warranty on it they will usually replace them right there if you go to a verizon place that does all that.

im not sure about upgrading..
