Verizon Wireless messaging outage in Chicago?

Has this been a common problem? I can't send or recieve messages? It say message sent and everything but my friends never get the message I sent, and it dosent give me like a failure notice or anything I have in Env Touch.

Yep, happens to me all the time. If they don't get the message, try sending it with a different option.
