So our 2 year contract is coming to an end in March. My dad says only one person is eligible to upgrade for free, while everyone else has to pay the full retail price. Is that true? It's my dad's turn to upgrade, but I have the Samsung Glyde. (Yikes) I know. I would'nt mind keeping it except it stopped charging. I heard about people getting a replacement phone and stuff, but is it possible after 1 year?
