i recently found out verizon now requires a data plan on most phones. i am looking to upgrade to the lg chocolate touch. that phone requires a $9.99USD or higher data package. The question is that i got my account before this kind of stuff was required. so when i go to upgrade to this phone do i still have to pay the data package or not?
