you can find out a couple of different ways
1. vzw.com if you dont have anh acount, then sign up and you can find out. if you have and aocunt, but you are not the acount holder, then find out the password to the acount and find out throught the site,
2.call *611 from your handset, and follow the ivr to get to cust service. if you are not the acount holder, then have the acount holder present to verrify the acount.
3.call from another line at 1800.922.0204 to ger to cust service. once again if you are not the acount holder, hae the acount holder present to verrify the acount.
