verizon wireless center in houston tx?

i went to a concert in the verizon wireless center in houston tx on dec18th. during the concert there was no chairs. do they do this to every concert or most? because i'm going to another concert on june 5th and i'm bringing my friends and we bought seperate tickets. i was thinking it was a stand up concert still...
