Verizon Wireless Cell Phone Question?

okay so i have the lg voyager from verizon wireless and the charger slot has broken 2 times before, and it just broke again a few days ago. so i need to take it into verizon wireless, i got this phone last summer, and my mom said she might ttake me to get a new one this summer since it will be a year and we will still get some sort of discount like we did last time. BUT i really like the enV2 and i heard the full retail price is only 350 dollars, but the question i was wondering was do you think that verizon will give me any sort of discount for my phone being broken 3 times (not my fault) and maybe let me pick a different phone like the enV2 and take like a hundred dollars off of it or something? what should i do? oh and by the way i have insurance on the voyager.
 
If the phone needs to be exchanged more than 3 times in the store for manufacture defect, on what would be the 4th exchange there are policies which could allow the mgr to let you change the phone model
