I have Verizon Wireless and My LG Dare is acting up. I currently do not have insurance on my phone. I dont care if they give me a refurbished phone but what would it cost to get a refurbished phone? I bought the phone in September 2008 and I think there is some kind or 1 year warranty on it. Is this true and if so would it help?

We do have one phone on our plan that has insurance. Is it possible to use that insurance for my phone. Its not on mine though.
