Hello,
My brother is eligible to get an upgrade on his phone but they will not allow him to do so because I am the account holder but am out of state until mid January. He told me that they said he can upgrade his phone without me if i add him as an 'authorized user' online. I am trying to do so but I don't see anything about an authorized user. i do see an option that lets me add account managers? What is that? Is that the same as an uthorized user? How do I add an authorized user??
