For christmas my son wants a phone from Verizon Wireless. I have tried to tell him that I just can not afford it right now, but he keeps on pushing it. We are in a contract with ATT right now and I cannot afford to pay an ETF or Early Termenation Fee. Then last night we were duscussing how times are tough and I just could not do it. He said alright dad. So he went into his room and when I went to go check on him he was balling his eyes out. The last thing he said that night was, "If I don't get Verizon, this is going to be the worst christmas ever!!!" Do you think I am being a bad dad or parent when or if i am or doing this! Becasue personally I want him to get Verizon too but i just do not have the money
