Today I set up my online account so I can look at my Wireless, Home Phone, and Internet billings online. I went through all my plans and tried to see where I can cut back, and I found something that I have called "Security and Backup..." which i was being charged 8.99 each month for. I don't even want it and I did not know I had it on my plan so I took it off.
Then it took me through these steps
1. Select
2. Customize
3. Review
4. Checkout
5. Confirmation (which on this page, the only choice I have is to Print)
So I finished and I go back to see where else I can cutback, and when I put "Change/Customize Plan" on either my home phone or internet, it takes me to the Confirmation Page again, instead of letting me continue to customize my plan.
This is annoying, is this something verizon does so you can't keep going back to your plans and seeing what other cheaper options you have?
