so ive called customer serive 5 times with no avail and the tech guys couldnt fix the issue
im a delivery driver and i use VZ Navigator on all my runs to get to my destination...i use it about 10 times a day going to diffrnet addresses within a 10 mile radius....ive also only been using it for 2 weeks
Here are the problems:
-My GPS current locatin is off by a few streets...(it says im a few street over ...when im not)
-It will plan my route but 5 seconds into it it will say GPS and display an Exclamation point in Yellow which is stating an error
Ive done everything to trouble shoot...taken the battery out and installing it afterwhile...uninstalling and reinstalling.....setting my phone to factory defalut ...YES GPS LOCATIN IS ON...all sttings are ok.....phone is not damaged and is in great working condition
