I can no longer access my voicemail on my cell-phone (Verizon, Samsung Smooth). This is because when I dial voicemail (*86) it instead calls my friend's phone. Also, when I don't answer a phone call it is directed to my friend's phone. What is the issue, and how can I fix it?
