so i have the eve touch with Verizon...My screen is broken 
but i have the replacement insurance through Verizon so can i upgrade if i pay the difference to the iPhone but would i be able to pay the starting fee of $199.99 or would i have to buy the actual phone price witch is a pricey $699.99????
