Hello,
I was given a Droid Incredible(No Contract) and I currently have a used phone(LG Versa used to be my dads but he deactivated it then gave it to me so I could activate it) but the thing is before I had a LG env3 on my line because my mom needed a new phone but then we switched it to her line. Would I be charged a ETF because I would be upgrading to a phone that needs a data plan and now I have a used phone on my account?!
