Okay, So My best friend moved to the United Kingdom and I can't txt her because it cost .25 to send and .20 to receive. So I was thinking that since I have verizon, I can send her a dinky verizon pre paid phone and txt and call her for free, but would it work and If not does anyone have any advice on another method why it doesn't cost me a lot?
