In October of '08 i got the venus. The hinge on it broke three times and they kept replacing it with a new venus. When it finally broke the fourth time, they were going to give me a different phone for free, which was the env touch, but i wound up getting the enV3 just because they happen to be nice people. ANYWAYS, i have a two year contract which means i'm stuck with this phone until october! blah ): What if i happened to "accidentally" break it within this 8 month period? obviously i'm not covered under the 1 year warranty anymore. would they make me pay for a whole new phone?
