Verizon Treo 700p flashed to cricket

I bought a new verizon treo 700p. Had it flashed to cricket today and the internet worked great. Got home and did a sync and now the internet will not work. I used the verizon disc to install the sync software and I think that was a big mistake. I believe it got set back to verizon internet setting and connection. I have searched for hours for a fix but have not found any info. Does any one know how I can get the setting confiqured for cricket and where to put them on the phone?

Thanks. I did search for hours and found a few subjects but did not understand what I was reading and the phone terms got more confused as I searched. Was just looking for a helpful person to point me in the right direction for a little help. Not all posts asking for help are from lazy people. Just stumped.
