Verizon, TracFone bluetooth?

OK, so i have a Verizon LG VX8350 that is been Unactivated(Can't Make Calls, Text... Not carried by Verizon anymore), So then i have a TracFone Samsung T301G Slider. I want to Pair these together through Bluetooth, but neither of the phones will discover each other what should i do?
