On any of Verizon's standard plans it will be that way, there are some that aren't offered to everyone like some of the plans that include Mexico or Canada that will have some limits if using the phone out of the country.
i have verizon. i know that on my plan, if i call someone else that has verizon, it doesn't cost me anything. is it like that on every plan? let me know please. xoxoxo
