Verizon to AT&T switch?

So my brother and I both want new phones/ need new phones. I have a first generation itouch (when I tell people they doubt there's even such a thing) and I also have a slide-keyboard phone from Verizon. My brother has an extremely old blackberry, i apologize because I don't know which one. In February, I will have had my phone for a year and a half, and my brother will have had his phone for about 3 years. We both really want an iphone because he knows i'll use it and always have it with me, and he really likes what I showed him, and I asked for an itouch for Christmas, but my sister and brother agree it's just a smarter buy to buy an Iphone. My question is, how much would it cost to cancel both of our plans and then get a family plan with 2 iphones for unlimited texting and calling. Summary: I want to know how much the total will cost to completely switch from Verizon to AT&T and how much would the plan be if we got a family plan with 2 16GB iphones with unlimited calling and texting.
