Okay so I have a verizon razor V3 and my friend has a new samsung somthing with AT&T

i can send and receive pics and data messages so can they

but today i went to send a pic to them and they never got it, so i sent a few more and none of them came through

Later they sent me a pic and that didnt come through either

I can call and send normal texts to them but i cant send pictures

whats up with this and how can I send them pics?

Well something on someones end is messed up I would with both of you call your service provider and have them troublshoot. Can you send to other att people ok?

I have experienced issues texting and MMS'ing between Verizon and at&t myself.
It seems like it works great for a while and then is horrible for a while, then everything repeats itself.

I believe when i sent pics to someone else who has at&t they got a majority of them, some didnt come through

However, the one i'm talking about just got there phone so it could be something with that. I'm pretty sure they're going to call the support and find out.

That could be.

Last night though, I sent some pics and they got them fine, but the can't send/I can't receive the ones they send to me.

I know this does not have to do with att but a point I want to make is.... When I send a larger file size to Tmobile customers it always seems never to come through. So I conclude that certain carriers put a limit on what you can recieve but it seems different in certain areas. So very strange.

im on vzw and my father on att and more often than not it takes much longer for him to receive picture/data messages from me than normal texts or even than it would take another vzw customer to receive them from me.

Hi all - first post.

My daughter's phone has had increasingly worsening problems sending and receiving to/from AT&T. It all began about three weeks ago with sending only to AT&T and T-Mobile. Now, receiving as well - about 20-30 minute delays, and we're not even talking about picture files, just simple text messages. We have eliminated the handset as the issue, and Verizon has opened a ticket (took me three attempts and over an hour on the phone, but that's a different thread).

The bothersome part is that no matter who you talk to, all providers seem to shrug their shoulders and deny responsibility once data leaves their network, and to some degree, I understand this. A customer, however, does not want to hear this - we want our carrier to work with the other carriers to solve the problem.

The problematic Verizon phone is in the 972 area code, and has trouble mainly with AT&T and T-Mobile. Anyone have a solution, or at least something that may help achive one?

my brother has att or whatever you wanna call it now. if i want to guarantee that my message gets through then i send it to hisnumber @txt. att. net

he does the same for me but i can't remember the verizon address. try it, maybe it will help you too.
