Verizon Razr V3M Unauthorized Charger

When I connect my Razer to my USB port, windows never sees a new device. My phone says on authorized charger.

I have 01.09.02
if I use * # on, I get USB init

I have tried removing all drivers, common files, Motorola files...

Have everything tool wise mentioned here.

try a different cable. i've gotten weird errors on cables that i had previously thought were good.

cdma workshop is connected via usb. windows fails to see a device when i connect phone. verizon has limited usb cable access with this 01.09.02

it was the cable. it worked for other devices so it fooled me.
