verizon prepay on voyager

Verizon will not activate prepaid phones on their Contract service... The ones who are using prepaid service with cricket is with a prepaid phone.
the chocolate i have someone ran a 700 dollar bill and i went to verizons internet site an made it prepaid before flashing to cricket and it worked great, i tried to do a vx9900 the same way an it wouldnt do it, i called an the lady said that it was on the lost/stolen list, if you bought the phone from someone, that could be your problem, the voyager should be compatible with prepay, i had the treo 700p, and the treo 700wx on verizon prepay, and the internet was free even when i didnt have minutes on my account, i went to get a usb cable for the phones, and the lady working at verizon said she couldnt understand how i got a prepaid treo, because there was no way to charge me for the data usage, could that be what the lady you spoke to was talking about?

The voyager is not compatible with prepaid, i tried to do it before i fully flashed it and you have to get the nationwide plan to activate the phone on verizon, doesnt work on any other plan sorry
