Verizon Prepay laptop wireless card?

I've heard that Verizon offers a prepay wireless card for laptops. I think they call it Inpulse. I've been searching high and low for someone that carries this. Their stores don't appear to carry these or at least when I call/visit the stores they have no idea what I'm talking about. Does anyone know where I can get something like this? Doesn't even have to be Verizon. I just need a wireless card for my laptop for a few months and don't want to sign a contract.

I'm located in Berkeley, CA USA.
 
Shoot I have never heard of this. I know the prepay is usually just the voice plans. You know maybe you can get a metro PCS phone with the internet and tether it to your phone. I cant think of anything else.
