verizon prepaid plan help?

can i switch my prepaid 20/30 dollars a month plan over to my new 3g phone, i have a blitz and i was wondering if could switch its plan over to the samsung omnia, the plan is basically unlimited text and pic and voice messages, and 99 cents to call, but unlimited calling to verizon users
