My son received a verizon pre paid phone from his step mom at Christmas.It came with unlimited text for a month,and around 20 dollars of talk time minutes.He ran through almost all of the minutes in a few days,but still had around 4 dollars left.Well the phone stopped calling out.He can receive a call,and text,but if he tries to call out he gets an error code(4 switch 30900-250) it says the call cannot be completed as dialed.Is this just because he is so low on minutes,or is there something wrong with the phone?I think the phone is ok because he can text and receive calls.He has good service,because I have a network extender for my regular Verizon service.Any help appreciated!
