...rival, samsung intensity? Ok, so when I started my 2-yr contract with verizon I got a samsung glyde. After about 3 months, it glitched like crazy and verizon blamed the software. They ended up sending me the same phone llike 5 different times and all had the same problem. Then they finally let me go in and get a new phone, they gave me a motorola rival. It was alright at first, but now it's glitching too. The screen goes white and glitches and randomly shuts off and says invalid battery. I am very tired of going through this problems, I'm very easy on my phones and dont use them that much and only use basic short phone calls and txts. I don't want them to keep sending more rivals b/c other people having the same problems have been through many of those too with the same problems.
Does anyone think that verizon will let me get another phone instead of keep getting the rival which apparently doesnt work. If so, what kind of phone do you think they will give me. Now I just want a simple phone, no touch or anything complicated to make it glitch. I was looking at the samsung intensity. it seems to be a pretty basic phone for txting, so if anyone can help me with getting a good phone please let me know. I have 8 more months left in my contract and if i cant find at least one phone that will work I will not renew my contract
