If I buy an unlocked Android Vortex phone for Verizon, do I still have to pay for a data plan? All I need is WiFi and don't want to carry around another device for having the WiFi (iPod touch). Can I get around the data plan if the phone I buy is unlocked? And if so how do I do it?
Verizon phones? Unlocked? Data plans?
