Okay, so as of now I have the env3. My phone is insured, and I have a 2 year contract, if it makes a difference I've had my phon since November. Well, I got my phone wet for the second time the other day. The first time it got wet, It would flash and say "verizon wireless" but wouldnt turn on, unless i hit it against my hand a number of times (my friend told me too, and it ended up working.) Well, clearly I didnt want to deal with a phone that I had to slap to turn on, so I brought it to the store, and the verizon employee told me after a few days it would fix itself. As he said, I kept my phone, and it ended up working, and i forgot it ever broke. Well, now that it got wet again, it is much worse than it was the first time. This is whats going on: My phone will flash and say "verizon wireless" when i plug it into the charger, but wont turn on. But, if i unplug the phone, it will turn on and then back off within 10 seconds because it is "dead." Since its dead, I obviously charged it all night, and all today, and it still is "dead" so apparently my battery is shot. Well, what this was really getting to is, I want the env touch, but idk how much I have to pay to cancel out this non-working phone, and change my number over to a new env touch. If you have any idea how this will work Please help me. I'm sorry this was so long, I just thought the background of the story may make a difference in the answer. Thanks so much, Jess
